Tribal energy sovereignty requires more than installing renewable energy systems—it requires investing in the people, knowledge, and leadership within Tribal communities. Our Education and Workforce Development program is designed to build long-term Tribal capacity, expand access to training and funding, and create pathways for Tribal members to lead the industry in creating innovative, resilient, and community centered energy solutions. 

Our programs focus on expanding access to comprehensive training, establishing regional education hubs, and securing sustainable funding for scholarships, internships, and leadership development opportunities. By partnering with tribes, tribal colleges, and tribal-led organizations by building the capacity needed for a cleaner and more sustainable future, we are co-creating a pathway for tribal communities to become leaders in renewable energy.
